Delete the characters of the people who reserve names

I think that's kind of mean...
some players have L1 pvp chars and may take a break for a year or more
and 30 below rlly sox
my 25,22,15, and l10 chars wouldve been deleted if this was applied in 2011

me likes me chars and me wants two keep dem

But its not fair for all the other players.. People with 4 or 5 original names? U don't need that much and most of them don't PvP lvl 1 just reserving the namw
