The problem with any player based system is that there will be those looking to "game" the system.
If someone is so desperate that they will stoop to cheating in a contest brought forth out of my own goodwill, and they are willing to risk being banned and called out as a cheat, well then, there is very little I can do to stop someone intent on cheating. Obviously, the more cases of fraud, the greater likelihood of being caught.
And, given your screenshots, I would have called you out as a cheater, because I have killed Stabb enough times to know what the loot looks like. All I need is one case of suspicion. The benefit of this being a player hosted event is I can ban anyone I want, with or without concrete proof.
At the end of the day, this is a contest for the masses. I have to trust that those who participate will do so fairly and honorably. And, for those that don't, shame on you for trying to ruin some good clean fun, for what, a few million gold that will end up going to the guildmaster anyway?
Have faith....cheating hasn't really ever been an issue in any of my events, and to be quite honest, I don't expect it to be one here either. Its not like I am giving out arcane items to the winners or anything.
