its frustrating, indeed as i myself run on arena tons of times yet never had a chance to loot one although its hard, i wont consider it being a craftable item from essences, it should just remain as a "drop" from arena. The recipe itself drops alot lately, if your idea will be implemented, after one who owned a new pendant will never re-farm again because by then, the recipe's price will drop alot in a way that its not worth to farm already.
