Why not just make him spec to a level 20? That would work too. Have him prove it with a screen shot and then prove it with a screenshot after. As well as the amount of remaining platinum and platinum purchase history. That way you would know he didn't cheat .

That's why he takes a screen shot after the contest too and his plat balance as will as plat purchase history. That way we know nothing changed.
