Just an example:
I do not like Conradev, however, to deny an asset like him to the community is the bigger evil (IMO). Of course, keeping a watchful eye on a previously permanently banned player would be appreciated.
There are other players as equally skilled as the above mention char. Too include a player who has violated the TOS is not an asset to the launch and development of a new game, but a liability.
