its all Luck, it is the lucky ones that get recipe. I think if a person does 10 hrs of deli he has more chance of getting recipe but thats what is is chance. Its like buying lottery u can buy 1000 tickets that will increase your chance but you might not win and the guy who brought one could be the winner.
