It's because its a .png
switch it to .jpg
just google ".png to .jpg image converter"

Try uploading pictures from another device (phone/tablet/computer/etc.)
Still not working on Galaxy s6 edge+ nor the iPhone 6+ nor iPad 2
It works only if I use png to jpg converter, which I hate doing because I have so many APs to take screenshots of.
