Big stampy potatoe dmg reduction not working

Hey guys i just have one question...........why slobber have a 3% dmg recution and singe haves 4% dmg reduction and its working perfectly mean while the 3.5% dmg reduction in stampy is not.......it is bugged or something or wth?

i'm not good at statistics, but here i tried something



i tested with counting damage received from a single normal orc 20 times with different pet, and it seems worked, but maybe the sample is not big enough, so i'm also not sure...
