The proc of new mythic weapons lvl 51 is same that mythic weapons lvl 47??

Based on community feedback we saw that the previous Mythic weapons didn't feel powerful enough and didn't get proper use. The new mythic weapons are sharing the same procs in order to give the procs a proper chance to shine!
