Ok. I'm going to say how I got it.

173 Dex / 106 Int

Buy full Raid Roach Talon Set and Sewers King Scarab Set. Find yourself a pink Trueshot Bow of Fortune.

Save your Raid Roach Talon Set to loadout.
Equip your Sewers Set and swap bow to Trueshot Bow of Fortune.
Keep attacking till you get 2 focus buffs from Trueshot Bow of Fortune. ( Focus will be level 5 Focus and lasts for 20 seconds )
Second Focus got to occur within 20 seconds of first Focus ( 50 Hit and 50 Critical )
Immediately buff Blessing of Might, Blessing of Vitality and Resurrect.

Raid Roach Talon Set = 159 hit and 50 Critical
Get 2 Focus buffs from Trueshot Bow of Fortune = 50 hit and 50 Critical
Blessing of Might = 60 Critical

159 + 50 = 209 Hit
50 + 50 + 60 = 160 Critical

Wear a Champion's Fine Platinum Band and you will get 162 Critical.

This stats is very hard to achieve. ( Getting 2 Focus buffs within 20 seconds ) Maybe there's a chance to get 3rd Focus buff within the 1st Focus buff 20 seconds. ( Uber rare I suppose ) But you still need time to mage buffs, swap gears and take a screenshot.

Anything above 100 critical is 100% of critical damage. This can be simply achieved by wearing a full Raid Roach Talon set + Champion's Fine Platinum Band.
You will have 52 critical and 159 hit if you are using 173 DEX/106 INT.
After BOM, you will have 112 Critical. This is good enough as it already exceeded 100 Critical.

Some people were there to see how I did it but I failed because I couldn't get 2 Focus buffs after some attempts. They are "Htiek", "Kopi", "noneo" , "Riccits" , "Fluffnstuff". I happened to see "Hayabusaz" , "Yanisw" , "xradwar" and "Fabiokmd" standing there too.

My screenshot was for show only. It wasn't meant to be done on a regular basis. Before you can achieve that in PVP, you would have died 20 times or more.

I never knew about the +focus bonus from the true shot bow (Increases your focus somehow should have been a clue

Just an aside... Isn't it kind of silly that regular equipment gives 100% crit? Might as well just change the stats listed for damage...

You certainly made a believer out of me! Although I was disappointed it was only for show and there's no real functionality behind it...

In any case, since procs activate at roughly 10% rate, if you got a lucky streak of 3 Focuses in a row from the bow and combining it with Blessing and quick swapping, you could probably take a legit picture of 200+ crit.
