they were granted on Friday, but it may take a bit of time for them to propagate. If you check your inventory for the character you will likely find them there however if you already had a large number of crates you may not specifically notice the additional crates added. You can follow up with support and they can verify you have received or not received based on the log of adjustments we made and handed to support.
At this point they should have all been granted I believe
