Actually if you've seen it happen, it's scary because on other MMOs/MMO forums, predators have been garnering attention of guys (aka young teenage boys) by posing as extremely attractive young women. I've even had to force a couple of close friends to stop talking to certain individuals because there was near undeniable proof that the individual wasn't who they really were. Which is primarily why I talk here on these picture threads. I'm this guy, so I do matter:

I understand your point. Truths eventually surface, but that approach of asking by the other individual was most likely not direct motive.

This guy knows the golden rule for picture posting in ANY MMO forum - if you're a girl, you need to prove that the pics are yours No substantial proof = those pics aren't yours.

Well said!!! Yes that is a common occurence. This girl says she is 31 years old. She pm'd me and added me in game yet won't make a sign pic. Sociopaths! I've seen it all before, there is no limit as how far people will go for attention. Ppl telling her not to keep her word are either made up by her, or jealous. Not wanting her to make me a pic. Or trying to keep faith so that one day will be rewarded. you know gain favor, which is silly and fruitless.

This is a Role Playing game, and if using a fake pic is the role someone would like to play, then more power to them. Making someone prove they are who they posted is extremely creepy as that screams stalker. This is a game that children play, so meeting outside the game should be completely off the table. So if there is no reason you will ever meet this person, what does it matter what picture they post.

You are saying this is a childrens game? Do we look like children? Any of us... From what i've seen from pic posted is we are all at least 16, primarily over 18 though. You miss the point with your ignorant assumptions.
