Well Int boosts skill damage for enchantress, so yeah you will be doing less damage. I couldn't tell you how much thought.

I'm a paly so I keep around 137 in strength but here is the comparison from 137 strength, rest in int verse 137 strength rest in dex (this is same gear):
Str: 183 (137 base) 183 (137 base)
Dex: 2 136
Int: 141 7
hit: 85% 93%
crit: 18% 20%
dodge:24% 25%
health: 492 492
H/S: 23 23
Mana: 670 604
M/S: 27 24
Dam: 141-161 150-170
DPS: 167 178
Armor: 149 152
Lightening: 207-305 210-280
Heal: 102-206 80-160
Flame: 215-297 210-270
Drain: 245-352 240-320
Heal is the one that suffered big...
AVG lighting: 256 vs 245 = 4.3% decrease
Flame: 256 vs 240 = 6.25% decrease
Drain: 298.5 vs 280 = 6.2% decrease

I have yet to try pure dex but I would suspect, especially with the gcd change, that the weapon dps gain makes up for it. With partial dex I'm seeing 312 dps unbuffed with mystery armor set. With my shadow set as full int I was seeing a little bit over 200 (if I recall).

Yeah thanks alot man that really helps me out ALOT!! its not a huge damage decrease from pure intellect....keeping in mind that adding the extra dex might help in increasing a little spell damage, Ive made a pure int mage and now i want to try something different. I think the increase in critical damage along with the hit percentage would really make up for the decrease in damage....i appreciate your time
