When I briefly tried dex mage, my skill damage was FAR less than pure int.

I'm a paly so I keep around 137 in strength but here is the comparison from 137 strength, rest in int verse 137 strength rest in dex (this is same gear):

Heal is the one that suffered big...
AVG lighting: 256 vs 245 = 4.3% decrease
Flame: 256 vs 240 = 6.25% decrease
Drain: 298.5 vs 280 = 6.2% decrease
