+ The Arcane Legends Harvest event runs for 2 weeks starting 11.21!
+ Reap the bounty from Harvest items that appear all over the realm.
+ Craft the 2019 Harvest Horn and open it to score event points!
+ Event guide/discussion on the forums: here.
+ Added Level 76 Arcane Talisman to Locked Valley crates.
+ Increased visibility of the Arcane Talisman proc.
+ Increased duration of the Arcane Talisman proc effect.
+ Added 2 more equipment and vanity loadout slots.
+ Fixed some issues with the 'Destroy the Artifact' quest.

Thank you very much, very nice update.
The proc animation and duration is much better now, just have one request please make the animation last the full proc duration, it disappears mid way.
Or just add a buff icon on hud like the weapon proc has, showing the complete duration of the proc. Whatever takes less time to do. Thanks again.
