Hope you all do well during this rough period . I have got a question; does anyone know how I can edit my guildhall? I am the master of the guild.

Tap on your avatar then use the same button you would use to go in GH, except when you're inside the GH, that option is changed to "Edit" when you're the GM. So, tap there and start editing.
