I did not ask for help to determine what weapon to use, that is a decision I kept to myself... I asked, how to know when the tainted proc appears... Please pay attention..... If I want ARc, I can get it... I don't need your advice.... Please only respond accordingly..... Someone already answered accordingly, why is your input necessary?????

You need to calm down. It doesn't do to get so worked up, someone was taking time to be kind enough to offer some advice, that's all.
If it wasn't what you wanted, you could have just said, "Thanks but I got my answer but I appreciate your feedback and time".
