Depends on your level, if you're PvPing at lv 50+ then full DEX. If lower-leveled you may get away with STR/DEX (warbird).

I'll admit that I do not participate in pvp that much however, the time I have spent in pvp I have found that there really is no "best" build or attributes, stats, items ect..each player has his or her own style of playing, and performs better with different techniques and styles. In my opinion, you need to experiment and try everything and see what works best for you.

I agree with wrap because everyone has their own personal opinion.

For survivability go for what psy suggested warbird (str/dex) for lots of kills but more vulnerable to deaths go full dex.
Also depends what class you wanna be. overall up to you

If your just gonna do pvp, I think its up to you because some people like to have high attack and some people like to have high defense so it depends on what do you like. If I was you, I would go pure dex.

Agreed... and your aim with the pure dex build would be to kill your opponent as quick as possible.
