No they both stack you can also add 50% xp from elite runner xp lix . You can get that by opening elite runner chests.
You can reach up to 225 xp % without using gear
And you can get xp awaken gears for cheap like 500k-1 m for 20-30% xp awaken people just put them on auc keep checking for them.
Xp kit from auc = 50%
Elite runner = 50%
7day xp lix. = 50%
Xp from ads. = 50%
Combo lix xp = 50%(not recommended)
Hero tad thap = 25%
15% permanent. = 15%( if you have it)
Gear xp. = 30%(eassy to get this much )
= 320% xp
1000 xp quest you will get = 3060 xp

Elite xp elix is 60%
And if u have 320%xp u can get 3200 xp from 1000 xp quest
