I typed my password incorrectly several times

So I typed my password several times incorrectly as you already read and the client won’t let me send an authentication email because of the fail attempts I had. What do I do? Moreover for some reason why I can’t have ads on my new phone? On any account. Is this a bug, technical issue? Can this be fixed? Please I need help!
