Even right now people run E rahab without 3 20-30 sec. When nep get nerf, we won't get to play with good parties or solo.
Lol Cinco already said it is not going to happen they will not nerf the nepta.and lol also on rage ultimate the can do x3 more damage than rogue and mage.
