im mage and wonder what aa better for kill bosses or any other aa beeter than those

I think more haste is the better option, most of the damage is going to come from your gear procs which is a short window do do damage in. The more hits you can do to the boss while he has less armor the more damage you are going to do. I would take higher haste over higher damage in this case.

Not necessarily always the case, haste is soft capped at 70% or 75%, can't recall the exact number.

Kraken Armor gives 30% Haste, Kraken Gun gives 25% Haste, Mythic Set gives 5% Haste. This already puts you at 60%. If you have Kraken Belt too, you get 75% haste already. If not, enchanter pendant gives haste as well.

You are better off maximizing crit damage and boss damage.

If you are a war/mage with nepta/hyperos for boss the best option is the haste and damage AA so h eggso ou h pere if you don’t use a haste HB.

With kraken gear the best choice is h sabra AA cause of BD and crit damage that is amazing as dmg booster since haste won’t affect the proc’s damage.

On rogue you just go for crit damage every day.

Yes it has a cap.

I don’t know if it’s 75% max or if it increases it but by less than it’s real value ahead that.

Its 70%, It was capped when evg was a thing because war could get 100% haste with skull axe+Mage ult, making every skill have no cd

Its called "diminishing returns" beyond 70% haste, the same works for stacking damage reduction. It just means haste sources beyond 70% are diminished(reduced). Theoretically, there is no cap, as every source of haste is reduced that eventually approaches 0 or a small increment enough that it doesn't matter. The highest I have stacked haste is in the range of 78-79% with almost every haste source I could think of.

But to answer the OP, its similar with what Tekila said.. Nep/Hyperos = Pere or Eggsorc - because these weapons provide no haste, you are way below the haste soft cap. Whereas procing Kraken weapons (with kraken belt and partnered with kraken armor proc) provides you with more than enough haste, such that it is more beneficial to capitalize on crit damage/boss damage AA's and Hb's instead.

You also have to consider what AA's the other members of your team are using to determine which HB/AA is appropriate to maximize the highest amount of haste/crit dmg/bd or ed without wasted excess.

+1 to crit damage, I swapped mt current H pere egg for an H sabra and it did much more damage. H sabra will melt bosses, especially paired with Frostbitten for main stat. People say that arc sapphire is best because of passive damage but honestly sabras passive is really good all around too.
