But 15-20% faster crafting speed would sound more reasonable. 5% is too low for it to have any value IMO.

All the locations bonuses are kinda small (200 HP, 1% crit, 2% Haste etc) wouldn't make sense to reduce everything you craft by 1/5, but 1/20 is kinda fits it just right
