Every game out there that I know of has and should have a customer support staff that deals with these problems to keep the friendly, clean, and enjoyable experiences of players. We should not let a few bad apples spoil the fun for the rest of us.
From what I understand above, asomners does not want to add the 'house naming feature' because it creates more work for the STS customer support staff members to deal with, which, in my opinion, is a lame excuse. After all, that's what their job is.
If it's too much for them to monitor and they do not have the appropriate resources, maybe I can suggest hiring volunteers and training them to do customer support service. These volunteers can be compensated via in-game items instead of real money.
Lastly, concerning new income, they already have a lot of income with the heavy monetization that they implement in their game. Dropping an idea or suggestion just because it does not make the game earn more money shouldn't be the basis of what ideas or suggestions get accepted or rejected.
