Suggestion - sell / buy fully furnished house

Seems like a lot of work. In addition to the deed, we’d also have to keep track of the furnishing items within to transfer them to the new owner. I don’t seen this happening.

I don’t think that’s its lot of work as loadouts already exist . So just make a way to sell that loadout, by selling loadout I mean sell that full build.
This feature could be a game changer!
