Should I run the trophy quest instead or keep searching the amulet from Pakuna

You need to kill boss with Dimensional Portal Elix...if you kill boss without the elix its no use....and chance to spawn the portal is 0.1% already confirmed by dev

yea all u need is have amulet in ur inventory
then u back to lab and take new quest
