Daaam those frostfire set looks so nice, It scares me that this locked loot, usually those are rarer than arcane items itself...

The arcane bracelet 86 stats seems to me to be inferior when compared to the power that 81 has (15% stats), even though it has several other things that the 81 doesn't have, maybe we'll only know if we test it.

Loved the back of hailstone and eye gem.

Sadly you are still offering arcane 81 as guaranteed loot.

the distribution of new/old gold loot sets are supposed to be on store only?

Does arcane 86 procs going to disappear after swaping hotbar, like elemental set?

Looks very nice. The frostfire gem says it has a 10% chance to do damage and can be stacked. Does stacking refer to the stats or also to the chance, so that I'd have a 100 % chance to do dmg with 10 frostfire gems?

The stats and 10% chance do stack. You are correct, if you stack 10 of the Frostfire gems you would have a 100% chance.

They are the same as the Snowstorm Set Items but have been increased by around 20% or so.

I am satisfied by what i see as a proc from new arcane ring and bracelet, but would you please consider to add +30% luck + 30% gold loot to new arcane belt proc? I am using kraken belt for farming (it has +25% each), and having stronger belt with higher % bonus would be cool. Ty

Another thing is why the new bloods have mid procs? Idk whats the purpose of getting them if we have better procs on lvl 81 arcane belt, brace and ring.

Sadly, it does not provide an extra effect.

The vanity locked cost the same as the normal locked ones At the anniversary event it was 5 platinum and it was very difficult to get a set It cost me around 2k platinum to get the 2 pieces for my warrior Or if you want to leave them at 15 platinum remove the other accessories and the chance of getting some part of the 3 should be much higher.

It is the same cost, the Birthday Vanity Crate only did 1 pull, and the Winter Vanity Crate does 3 pulls—5p per pull for both.
