Bug on HC after death

I died.

I revived and am playing through again to level. I keep receiving messages that I am no longer able to wear SB / Blood. Which is fine I obviously do not have it equipped. The bug is that it's now removing the appropriate level items as I play. So basically when I am in the middle of a map it's removing all of my gear except a weapon and I am almost dying as I play.

Thanks for taking a look. and also a warning to other HCs if you die until this is fixed.

Are you maybe hitting a hotbar button for a loadout with those items in it?

It looks like instead of preventing using a loadout with items in it you can't wear, it will equip them and then they'll be removed for not qualifying currently.
With the next update loading it instead be prevented.

It's been already reported multiple times before. I am not sure why it was ignored but glad it will get fixed finally.
