As a low priority.

Can we get level 1 artifacts, since there's level 2 artifacts. . . . Maybe a movement proc to get the little legs kicking.

Somewhere in the future, it'll be nice to have a little mini weekend event for twink.

Free bump! I agree on this. But do they have already low leveled artifacts and stuff in the game? Merchants sell it way way expensive though

They do have artifacts from level 2 onwards. But not for level 1 so I don't see why not.

Merchants will leech items regardless. Just gotta loot items when dropped.

I even speculate that in the future there will be special items for belts & artifacts for level 1. From certain events such as arcane bracelets. Just speculation though, not expecting much
