    Default Here's an easy one?

    Or more....

    First to post all the correct answers gets to say they we're first to post the correct answers...

    1. You are running in a race. You overtake the second person. What position are you in?

    2. In the same race, if you overtake the last person, then you are in what position?

    3. In what sport are the shoes made of metal?

    4. How many hands does the clock of Big Ben have?

    5. There are 23 Pocket Legends PvP teams playing in a first to 10 knockout competition. What is the least number of first to 10 matches they need to play to decide the winner?

    6. A man went into a store to buy an item. He asked the assistant:
    "How much does it cost for one?"
    The assistant replied 2 pounds, Sir"
    "And how much for 10?"
    The assistant replied "£4"
    "How much for 100?"
    He got the reply "£6"
    What was the man buying?

    7. You have to choose between three rooms.
    The first is full of raging fires
    The second is full of tigers that haven’t eaten in 3 years.
    The third is full of assassins with loaded machine guns.
    Which room should you choose?

    8. Some months have 31 days, but how many have 28 days?

    9. If you have two coins totaling 55pence, and one of the coins is not a 5pence, what are the two coins?

    10. A few teasers to finish with.
    Eg 7 = D ot W = 7 Days of the Week

    3 = B M (S H T R) =
    18 = H oa GC =
    21 = D oa D =
    26 = BD =
    88 = PK =
    366 = D in a L Y =

    I'm not answering all of these, but for #7 I would take the room with tigers who haven't eaten in 3 years, as they would be dead tigers

    #8: All of them

    3. Metal 'shoes' would be horse racing and horse shoes
    4. None, Big Ben is the bell
    5. 22
    6. Address numbers (like for lettering a house/mailbox)
    9. 50 pence and a 5 pence (one of them isn't a 5 pence, the other one is)

    3 = B M (S H T R) = 3 blind mice (see how they run)
    18 = H oa GC = 18 holes on a golf course
    21 = D oa D = 21 dots on a die
    88 = PK = 88 piano keys
    366 = D in a L Y = 366 days in a leap year

    This one is killing me:
    26 = BD = 26 blackcardsina deck

    You can lap the last person if the race is run on a track, in which case you'd be in first, unless another person who is on the same lap as you passed the last person before you did.

    1. You are running in a race. You overtake the second person. What position are you in?
    2nd

    2. In the same race, if you overtake the last person, then you are in what position?
    any except last? (if the whole pack laps last)

    3. In what sport are the shoes made of metal?
    horse racing

    4. How many hands does the clock of Big Ben have?
    big ben is the bell, so none

    5. There are 23 Pocket Legends PvP teams playing in a first to 10 knockout competition. What is the least number of first to 10 matches they need to play to decide the winner?
    0 (all other teams forfeit )

    6. A man went into a store to buy an item. He asked the assistant:
    "How much does it cost for one?"
    The assistant replied 2 pounds, Sir"
    "And how much for 10?"
    The assistant replied "£4"
    "How much for 100?"
    He got the reply "£6"
    What was the man buying?
    Door numbers?

    7. You have to choose between three rooms.
    The first is full of raging fires
    The second is full of tigers that haven’t eaten in 3 years.
    The third is full of assassins with loaded machine guns.
    Which room should you choose?
    Tigers, they'll be dead

    8. Some months have 31 days, but how many have 28 days?
    all of them

    9. If you have two coins totaling 55pence, and one of the coins is not a 5pence, what are the two coins?
    50p and 5p, the 50pence coin is not a 5p, so ONE of the coins is not a 5p

    10. A few teasers to finish with.
    Eg 7 = D ot W = 7 Days of the Week

    3 = B M (S H T R) =blind mice (see how they run) (stole fom gluttony)

    The only thing I can think of atm that has 26 are letters in the alphabet (wrong acronym) and black cards in a deck (missing letters).

    26 BD= belettering digits? Lol I don't even think that's a word, but it sounds like a clever name for letters :P

    Haha I asked this one to my sister, and she honestly thought that the answer was, 'I don't know, but I bet they were on special offer' lol

    I'm still not sure what BD is.

    26 Bi-weekly Dates (in a year?), like pay periods?

    I'm hoping it's something really obscure. LOL

    Hmmm...

    This ones got me really stumped too, haven't seen it before. I have seen 13 BD (bakers dozen) referenced before,

    Interesting facts for 26 I found on the web:
    26 vertebrae (back disks??)
    26 bones in the foot
    26 truly democratic countries
    26 states on the back of a $5 bill
    26 stages of baby development

    Lots of other interesting things,

    I give:-) Hope someone else gets it.

    Even a crummy Paladin is a good one if he mashes the heal button a lot!!
    PocketLegend (41), LonelyKDOp (41), CrummyPaladin (41), CrummyMage (41), Manrchy (31), Paladin (10), many more

    Oh no you didn't:
    Big Ben is the nickname for the great bell of the clock at the north end of the Palace of Westminster in London.

    Lol yeah I got that, the part I don't get is how it fits into the category as the others did since it's not just the number 26 but December 26th, which means it should look more like D 26 = BD. Thank you for the ref as Boxing Day is also celebrated in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

    The reason I added 26 BD was it was on a quiz sheet I had done recently... Took me ages to get it too... Did seem a bit out of context to me too, but we didn't what it to be too easy, eh?

    And to clarify question 4

    4. How many hands does the clock of Big Ben have? 8 four faces on the clock and 2 hands on each face.

    Do we want another lot of questions?
