Crashing on load on an iPhone? Update you OS

We have seen a few complaints about crashing on iOS devices when trying to play. We are still digging into the issue, but we have reproduced it with devices running down rev OS. If you have iOS version 3, for example, the game will crag on trying to load. Updating to iOS version 5 corrects the problem.

Will this be corrected for v3?

We've never had to update before, hopefully we don't.

I have 4.2.1 and it runs perfectly. There is a little bit of lag but there are no crash issues on my iPod on this version.

So will you be fixing the issue so we can still play with the iOS 3, or are we forced to get iOS version 5?
