And after that you get a chance at the Tramp dude and also another at the end of the map against the mob with the yellow daleks.

Really though not sure how quick these methods are, logically thinking, as if you did 50-100 and then got a vanity on the 100th run you may have passed up at least 3 before that and be none the wiser as all chests and mob would need to be cleared to be sure.

Ya Ive gone from just doing the first 20 or so to doing whole map runs. Very boring after a while lol
