Kavanah's helm is pretty awesome, but like I said I am not surprised at all at his quick shoot up. There seemed to be something going between the camps of Machinima and Fabz, and now that Machinima is out, anyone who would vote for him would most likely now vote to see Fabz not win. There is nothing cheating or improper about it. It's just Chicago politics as usual, just as we have been seeing this whole contest.
