Website issues: profile/error message

I tried posting this topic in the website discussion section but no one has helped me even though it's supposedly been viewed 80 times... http://www.spacetimestudios.com/show...omize-profiles

I just want to know why I can't customize my profile, is it because I haven't been using the website long enough? Or do I have to be authorized by someone?

I also get an error message at the top of my screen every time I press the 'my profile' button..
