How the new weapons will affect current pvp 10-40

I'm not sure about all of the forgotten weapons but I know that Dex birds will make a comeback especially in the 30-40s. With around 170 average base damage for a pure Dex bird at 35, warbirds are gonna switch to Dex or Str/Dex. A lvl 19 bow has 50 more dps than the premium shivering bow. Thoughts would be appreciated

I got the Primarily Forgotten Sword.. It has a lot less DPS than my original sword.
I am a WarBird, so I dont think it will affect us as much as Dex bird

FYI the stat requirements are too low as well. 37 Dex for a 29 bow...

They're based on the WF scaling/requirement system if I'm not mistaken.

Then in theory you can split Str int and Dex evenly and at level cap you can equip any of the 3 classes

There's 3 factors that make a weapon OP.

Excessive Damage, Low Stat Requirement, and Common Rarity/ Cheap Price

The new weapons have huge increase in damage, stat requirements are bs, and I can farm one in about 2 or 3 runs.
