Yich i see what you are saying but it is still not a normal part of pvp.. I joined that lower lvl as did another 35 then several moments later a 23 joined, this is not a everyday normal occurance in pvp, somthing is off. When we looked at the lvl of the game we found it listed as a lvl 21 the other 35 rejoined the map after leaving to let us know what the game lvl was listed as. So in this case the 35 could still rejoin the map once he left.
