Ease up a bit lightning Fluff wasn't threatening at all. He's pointing out that top of your browser looks like a bulletin board. IE or one of those addons is causing your issue with the chat textbox. IE is a terrible browser and really should not be used by human beings.

I would recommend it. Obviously you can explore the options yourself, but I think most people who know browsers would recommend Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and probably Opera all before IE
