It's not really going to be possible unless you can exclude certain timezones from the tournament which wouldn't be fair.

It'd just make your own team organized which really helps, believe it or not.

No luck Me,Flacs,Gaunab and Bustle arrived on time sadly the other two didnt. We are hoping to play tommorow . Would be a shame to see Bustle getting dq because of his team hes made alot of effort to make it on time.

This is why hosting tournaments like these is so frustrating... Half of the players don't even use the forums.

A rule to prevent a slow down like this would be pre-approving teams. This means that you and your teammates must be in the same timezone and at most, a few hours difference (nothing major!).

That way, teammates can always show up around the same time. The only question is meeting people from different teams whose timezones may be vastly different, LOL!

2.) i don't see myself taking that much time just to organize the brackets for a tourney.

I can help you out with number 2 if needed.

As for #1, I don't think it would be that hard to add an in game clock to keep track of time.
