Also, you make all Skills max at 6 and give noone any respecs? Thats like...BAD... Just wasting my money...

1)I suggest STS makes SKILL respecs free for 2 days, then go back to charging money
2) plz answer more of our question? Or make a few moderators?
3) MAKE RINGS COST LESS PLAT! or make them drop? dont add a whole new section of equippable items and tell us we have to pay more...

Rings are a new equipment slot. (The actual equipment is what you put on your finger. That type of ring )

For the respec, hard question. One free respec for all players? For all chars? 2 days free respec? Cheaper respec time (1 plat)? Hard to tell...

Recipes drop for sure. I don't know why they wouldn't have rings as loot. I'll tell you one thing now though. I'm not spending ANY plat on items. I hate it when characters in games become good because of money spent on them. The game is what you play, so the game is where your items should come from. Not your wallet.

As for respecs. I think that a respec should be given for each one of your characters. Ex. 4 total characters = 4 total respecs given.

True, they have to make a living out of it. So, either they force ppl to pay-to-play (like Wow), or they add stuff to be paid. I was pretty surprised at first to see that there were no better stuff to be bought. Anyway, the price of the dungeons are 10plat now, so quite cheap. And no need to rush to rings anyway. Strategy seems to be more important than gears now. In Pve at least ;-)

I think the costs for rings and respecs are reasonable. I don't mind the cost. In fact, I believe PL is one of the best games in how they handle in-app purchases. You get something for the money you spend but it doesn't shift the balance of the game. It's pretty minor. So rings are plat only and you have to respec with plat. Not so bad. It's a business and they have to make money. It's a trade off. You keep getting awesome new content at a pretty fast clip but you have to pay a little.

I'm only able to find lvl 10 and lvl 20 rings, am I looking in the wrong place or have I not found higher level rings? I didn't have a chance to go through all the different types of rings, are there lvl 50 rings somewhere?

The thing is, vanity items being sold is fine n all. But if rings add anything to stats or help in battle in any way, they should be lootable as well. People should not be able to buy items that make them more powerful than anything that can be looted. I haven't seen the rings yet, so no idea what they do.

Also, the dual daggers were plat only until they later addedthem as drops. Maybe that's the plan here as well, and that's ok.

STS can take this in two ways:

1. Maximize their profits and make these rings platinum only. This will be like any other free MMO and give cash-paying users an edge (or, players must do more Tapjoy offers).

2. Minimize revenue by making rings loot items or crafted items. This will be more fair to all players regardless of them paying real money or not.
