Pure int? Dual spec str int? I have no idea where to put my stats... And I kind of disagree I have been able to destroy enimies with my terror combo. But you were right about int bears being very low in number...

I don't think pure int is a good option, you have two choices:

1. Dual spec int/dex
2. Dual spec int/str

The top bear in PvE kills, Htiek, is Dex/Int last I checked. His build is excellent for soloing and wiping out mobs in PvE. For PvP, it may call for different builds, etc.
