Hey guys, any of you tried this game?

My bro just got the iPhone version, seems fun.

Is the iPad HD version good?
Will you be able to play with iPhone users even on iPad?

I'm planning to get it cause I've never actually had a game with my bro in awhile, so it should be fun.

Just wanted to make sure.

All shooters are pretty bad on iphone devices, and on iPad, i would assume it would be even harder to control due to its size?

I see. NOVA was pretty okay in iPhone though, not the best, but was doable.

I wouldn't be using the gyroscope feature though, I don't like having to move around the entire time. Lol :P

I started on hard mode and beat it in like a week. It's a really frustrating.

Most of the time, you're thinking "This just keeps getting more annoying."

Not a satisfactory game, no matter how good you are at mobile fps games. Multiplayer is even more discouraging. There's no division of games between ranks so you could run into some godly players your first few games. As I've mentioned before, Gameloft talks big but their games are weak sauce.

The campaign I admit is too short. But the mutliplayer kept me coming for a couple weeks, worth the $ definately IMO. Keep in mind I played on a ipod 4rth gen so I had the retina graphics and the controls were easy to reach. It's easily the best fps in the market, the graphics are good, their are a large variety of guns for an Iphone game and there are 4 unique multiplayer maps. The guns are balanced and the server is wayyyyyy better tehn the Nova one. Get it Elly, I doubt you'd regret it.

LoL, my borther and I used be get to a point where we'd literally break out in a fight whenever the other got a kill. Is the large screen for online a good or bad thing?

I like it actually!

Left hand for the joystick, right index finger for aiming/moving view and right thumb for fire button.

It is awesome, especially after finishing the capaign 3 times on all difficulties.
Cus then you get addicted to multiplayer.

I'm loving it now, but does anyone know why some players run like ninjas vs everyone else?

I hate it when I'm in the same game as them, they just go up to you and stab you. Lol

Also, my brother and I are friends in the gameloft system, but everytime I click "Join Friend" under multiplayer and type in his name, its always Friend Not Found, and vice versa.

they have the uber cheap run fast ability on and prob with a very light gun. i love doing that with a desert eagle lol...

though favorite ability by far is assult rifle damage upgrade, lets me just mow thru them

I think I found some people hacking into it though after googling it.

Seems some can when they're jailbroken. Like they literally run from end to end of map in a few seconds..

I played this game for a while, before a lot of the hacks and glitch abuse came along. Was top 10 on the LB for a while, but like others have said it just gets frustrating. Because of guys like lightninglord who just throw nades whenever they get killed. you literally dont even need to shoot a gun to get a 3.0+ kd in a game. additionally whenever you kill someone you can throw a grenade on their corpse, and with the right timing, they just immediately die on their next spawn

anybody here played metroid hunters on DS multiplayer? damn, that died badly... no game is free of somebody that either has omega bomb, invincible, or death by touching.
