I can say that PSYONIC Plasm of Hate drops in CyCorp Labs - Consumer Testing. Got it doing the ticker quest. I've got plenty of BIOTECH Gray Matter & Corrisive DNA in Rockfall Caves and Dead Man's Cave, not sure which is where or if they drop in both.
