Alpha made me a little nervous. I replaced Timeshift (the only skill I have that has DoT in it) with Lifegiver when I arrived at his doorstep just so he wouldn't kill me when he reflected.

I did try to take on Grimnr after this. But he proved to be a tougher opponent than the bosses before him. I completely destroyed my little mage's neat KDR stubbornly trying to kill him but so far only managed to get him lose his head twice half a dozen times, before he cruelly and gleefully one shot killed me. Guess my dream of getting Viking title before level 20 must wait.

Now back to the XP grind, I guess *sigh*

PS. My baby mage isn't in TK for obvious reason. But if you see me toddling around as Katefilesen, drop me a line and say hi. :)

LOL at that level it just felt like soloing elites of medium difficulty. It was fun! Until Grimnr. I even bought a Kelvin after failure #5. Got Grimnr to lose his head a second time again, but when he had that huuuge red zone again while K was on cooldown, whack! Down Kate went.

So we are already discussing about our new logo on Line Chat Note.
I made a sketch, but im stuck in coloring and choosing font for "Trinity Knights" text. I Need your help!

--Lemme describe why i made that logo character--
The basic thing is Knight. Im trying to represent a Knight in universal view (Like i said in Line Chat Note).

The armor, shield, and helmet adapted from Medieval Knights, used almost all European Knights. I put feather accent according to Indian Chief's Crown from native America, even Aborigin (Australia) and Maori tribe use it. The sword is more complicated (maybe im lil forcing with this. lol), shape is both from Scimitar (Middle East sword) and Kris (Hindi, South East Asia dagger), cross guard's shape is from Somlian-Africa Billao (usually made from animal bones).
Body gesture of kneeling Knight represent loyal servant and honor, with head up that mean bravery and courageous.

The Underhul elite maps are no joke, and definitely a place where not only our gear and stats are put to the test, but also or teamwork, tactical decision-making (what pet/gear/skills to use, what enemies to target, etc), and above all else endurance and perseverance. Bulling through isn't an option, mindless skill tapping while standing on one spot isn't going to work, and seriously don't do this without respec'ing for PvE (mage and rogue...please, no heal. The heal tree? Cut it down, burn it, scatter the ashes) and bringing a boatload of ankhs (if you think your party will wait for you while you trundle back to boss place, think again).

I was fortunate to have shared maps with players whose best attributes were knowledge of their class, willingness to discuss and listen to suggestions, and above all else were no quitters.

But I would've given anything to have these first run throughs with you, knights. It's great to meet new friends and adventure with them, but it would've been more fun if we could do this as a guild together, helping each other in the tradition of TK.

So please, please, please if you haven't already, hurry up with the leveling. Can't wait to run these maps with you.

As some of you already know, I have been back on the Guild Master post since Saturday. Killerxyler had transferred the title and responsibilities back to me due to work pressure in real life that had given him very little time to play over the past several weeks. I am sure we all agree that he has done a remarkable job at the post in the past six months. One of the hardest working farmers in guild, he was a real example to all of us. He has a lighthearted, humorous way of dealing with even the most exasperating situations, but we have also seen him be stern and firm when it came to rulebreaking and disrespectful behavior. But apart from all that, I'm sure we all miss playing with him and hope he could join us in game more often and sooner.

We had a guild meeting on Sunday to announce the following new criteria for recruitment:


Level 54+ (so we can run elite with them sooner)
At least 40k PvE kills for warrior, 50k for mage and rogue (non-negotiable)
Infamous (just to make sure the candidate has at least covered some elites. This criterion is more flexible than others; we like helping people get APs)
Pass test run done by officer(s) in either elite Ren'gol, Planar Tombs or elite Southern Gates
No history of scamming, drama or begging, or being kicked from other guilds for these reasons. We reserve the right to remove a recruit if such a history is revealed after they are invited.


So if anyone approach us and ask if they can join Trinity Knights, check if they meet the requirements and let an officer know on GC or Line chat so we can do a test run.

Please let everyone know of this new system. Any recruitment that does not follow these rules will end in removal of the recruit and demotion of the recruiter.

Since recruitment isn't simply a matter of clicking Invite button, what then are the responsibilities of Recruiters?

Recruiters are to be guild ambassadors. Their job is to project a positive image of the guild wherever they go, and this duty includes:


Wearing guild title
Actively running maps, don't just loiter in cities
No AFK on map, no leeching
No asking for mana
No using heal skill in PvE for mage and rogue
Using ankhs in Arena and elites
No trashtalking


Basically be active, fight skillfully, and show Arlor we're a good, clean, dependable guild. Make new friends; we can never have enough friends. If this friendliness and skillfulness make people want to join, then it's all to the good.

Remember that our goal in recruitment is not numbers or statistics, but people we can have runs with; not drama, but a lot of fun and informative guild chat.

Meantime, keep leveling up. STS had promised to keep launching more and better incentives to run elites including the soon to be released Elite Runners Chests. I hope we can do a ton of elite runs together very soon, farming these.

Just briefly from last night's trivia. First off, I'm very happy and proud to see a step up in activity all last week, with more knights climbing over the level 50 milestone and a few reaching cap (congratz Orkodorko, Oldmatey and Bornshadow).

Secondly, last night's trivia was the first we had for the past eight or nine months (congratz Hail and Gru for winning). I hope to be able to do it more regularly, so we can meet and discuss our goals, build, pets, etc.; share items; talk about events and game updates, while dying from cannon, have fun with trivia, and take guild pics.

A pic from last night. I forgot to take pic till after some knights had left (including Osceusabar who was in a tearing hurry to level up for Goblin event).

An elite build is basically a build that is effective for a class role in PvE, so for rogue it's a build that packs a lot of damage, for mage it's for more control of mobs and AoE damage, and for warrior it's for more sustainable aggro and better tanking. Briefly from yesterday's No More Goblin Party.

Thanks for another awesome teamwork for Goblin event, knights. I'm very touched especially during the last days when we couldn't altar hunt together and there were knights offering free access. I've heard of knights offering free energy kits to make sure everyone who were struggling to reach it can get to plat tier. Well done!

I hope we can enjoy the next events together. And one of the best ways to make sure of this by reaching cap level so we won't have to see things like: "Two slots event 54+" or "Any 46 up for event?" So make good use of this 2x XP week.

This double XP week is special because you can also farm respec scroll from bosses. They drop rarely so the best way to collect them is running a lot of maps fast.

STS has recently introduced pet customization system (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?323835-Pet-Powers-Egg-Slots-quot-The-Life-Magic-of-Animancy-quot). You can adjust your pet arcane ability and happiness bonus using eggs. To use this feature you need story tokens. So if you're like me and have been lax with Bard daily, it's time to get more disciplined.

A new feature that will allow us to have a house in game (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?324735-Weekend-Sneak-Peek-5-20-16-Housing-System). To decorate the house we will need items that we can buy with dragkin teeth, orc tags, planar fragments, and glintstone coins. So you know what this means:

Do Tindirin dailies to collect teeth (and jewels!)
Do Ren'gol dailies to collect orc tags (and effigy materials!)
Do Glintstone dailies to collect coins (and farm mold and gold heretic chests)
Do Planar Tombs daily to farm planar fragments (and jewels! And vials!)
Try do elite runs in these zones as well for AP, loot and gold elite runner chests

Some Cryostar Chamber tips:

When you see the notification "You have been marked for death!" go to the nearest flower and tap it to cancel the fatal death mark.
If you have Nekro in party save its arcane ability for when boss spawns the growing purple pool (like Gloom AA). Nekro cooldown is twice as long as the purple pool spawn rate, so if you have two Nekros, take turns
What if you don't have Nekro in party? If you have a warrior make sure the tank heals every time the purple pool spawns. Horn of Renew cooldown is the same or almost the same as purple pool cooldown, so the warrior will be ready to heal again when the pool next spawns (note to warriors: putting 10/10 mastery points on heal adds a significant amount of armor on your allies. Live allies means useful allies, so I highly recommend this)
What if you don't have Nekro in party part 2. Nilbog cancels out stun and Damage over Time (those scary read and orange icons on your status bar). Save it for when things get really ugly with heavy mobs doing multiple DoT and stun on you and your party
If you have Toor, Maridos and SnS (or any crit/damage buffer like Stanlee, Gyrm, Shadowlurk) in party, AA them when mobs is heavy, to quickly kill them
Kill green orbs that heal crystal as soon as possible
When boss health about 25%, be careful. There's the lightning strike that can instakill. Ready your Nekro, Horn of Renew, and spam pots like no tomorrow.



Cryo farming has been quite fun and profitable for me (if it weren't for the frustrating lag and dc I'd be at it nonstop) and I wish the same for you too. Practice makes perfect and the more we run Cryo, the less scary it will be. Hoping to see more of you offering to go when I call for party. :)

Some farming ideas:

Elite Wilds for tooth (dragonite bar price is pretry stable for now) and Gold Elite Runner chests. These chests you can either sell or open. You might loot Finesse, Fury or Mind jewel elixirs and these sell very well.
Underhul maps for glintstone coins (you can use them to buy sacks of coins to sell), Antignome pieces (try farm map 2, 3 too) and gold heretic chests. Craft awakening gem fragments to have ready for when you run elite/cryo chamber/arena/Planar Tombs. The gem gives 200 hp and 2.5dmg, so you can't have enough of this
Keep farming Ren'gol by doing dailies and King Northal. You need shaman effigy materials and they only drop in Ren'gol. Shaman effigy (aka Lugs' dolls) gives armor and crit, so combined with awakening gem, they give awesome buff for elite/arena/cryo run/Planar Tombs. The elite version of Ren'gol also drops fangs, Gold ER chest, and essence of the beast from Northal.
Planar Tombs for Breeze. It's a very useful pet in Underhul and especially with pet mixing coming, the AA will make very nice combination added to some pets.
Cryostar chamber when it is up. I've had encrusted cryo chests dropping even without lepre and the common weapon drops (which are component for weapon vanity) are selling well. Take care not to autoliquidate them.



Keep leveling, upgrading your jewels and getting better pets and gear so you can farm elites more efficiently.

If you're wondering how you can come up with an elite boss/mobs AP by Saturday, here are some ideas:

Run elite Tindirin. We have 2x teeth event till Thursday, which means that elite Tindirin is usually full of people. You can use dragkin teeth to buy items like dragonite bar, sack of dragkin teeth, and some furniture
Run elite Ren'gol especially when King Northal is awake. Apart from intact fangs and ER chests, you can farm ingredient for Stampy as well
Run elite Southern Seas. This map is great for farming silver ER chests (which might contain jewel elixir) and gold elite pirate chests
Speaking of jewel elixir, here's a thread full of discussion on how to use it for farming jewels: http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?341062-Jewel-farming-guide Give it a try!
Do Juggernaut of Nordr daily from Stronghold Bard
Farm parchments in elite Ashral Towers or Caves Tarewa or Rockhorn Summit. Lots of mobs on all three maps

I've seen some Dragonborns, some Frostbittens, a number of Pirate Kings, etc. I know some of you worked so hard all last week to get these titles. Congratulations and a job well done!

Vig had recorded the party and mini trivia last night and put the whole 50 minute video on fast forward so we all can relive the craziness. This include three mages drinking like there's no tomorrow on the edge to the abyss, Neeely's nonstop dancing, and Maridos gettin' jiggy wid it.

The post-event blues hit hard but Lugs prescribed some hardcore farming to lose yourself in fireworks, so hit me up when you need some farming crew. Elite Northal, Underhul, anything. Let me and the other knights know on GC or Line.

Jarl's Event gave me a lot of Pillows, Tavern Mugs, Bowls, and Plates. The rest were;
- Some 25 pack of furnishing inventory (maxed out my furnish inventory and still hoard few)
- House furnish slot, 12 slots in total
- 1 Burlap Sacks
- 3 Breakfast Tables
- 1 Floor mirror
- 1 Medium Wall Divider

HERE'S WHAT YOU MIGHT HAVE MISSED


Hello!

So you've taken a long break from Arcane Legends due to real life commitments, issues with device or connection, or simply shifting interests (Pokemon Go!). But lately you've found yourself thinking nostalgically of the fireworks that burst when a locked drops, wondering how your pet collection in the stable are doing, and thinking of coming back. The following FAQ is written to give you some idea of the current situation in AL.

Q: What is the current level cap (highest level)?
A: 56

Q: What? 56? Not 51? The last cap (Rengol expansion) was 46, right?
A: Yep, but this expansion we have ten levels to go, each about 12k XP long.

Q: Holy crap, 120k XP! I'll never going to cap!
A: Relax. Daily quests from NPCs in Ydra up to Shuyal are giving between 50 XP to 600 XP. Go around collecting these dailies from Kraag, Stronghold, Jurn Woods, Tunnels of Valheim, Dragon Jewels, Kraken Mines, Kelys and Shadow Plains. They take very little time to do and you can get over 4 XP a day. That means that by doing dailies alone you can level in about a month, less if you also run other maps.

Q: What's the new area called? How many maps/bosses are they? How do I get there?
A: If you left at cap 41 before the expansion, there's the Glintstone Caverns (Ren'gol) area to the left of Brackenridge. Go find Marek the Miner in any city and he will give you the mission that starts the quest chain for this area. Finishing quest chains is important because completed quests can give you a lot of XP as well.

If you left at level 46 before the expansion, you need to kill Goretusk in the last map of Rengol to gain access to the city of Glintstone from which you can access Underhul maps. Another way to access Glintstone is to enter Garetta through its gates (the ones near its teleport) and walk in until you see "Gateway Open" notice. You will see that Glintstone is open for you then.
Once in Glintstone you can collect the quests and enter the map. Both Rengol and Underhul consist of three maps. But the last map of each area has a permanent and a cyclical boss. This means that in addition to the boss that you can find there anytime, there is another boss that is only available when the progress bar over the area on the map is filled. These bosses (Northal in Ren'gol and Cryostar in Underhul) stay for 24 hours before going back to sleep until the next time the progress bar fills up.

Q: I'm overwhelmed already.
A: Don't be. Come hang out in Guild Hall. We have a new one. It looks like the deck of the Dragon Jewels.

Q: No kidding! So no more gooey music that makes you sleepy?
A: Nope. You can hear seagulls and crashing waves. We also have two cannons to shoot like the ones in Kraag.

Q: Whoa! Does it give 1 gold too?
A: Yep. You can also die if it backfires.

Q: Awesome. So tell me about gear.
A: The good news is a lot of good weapons are more affordable now. You can get decent level 41 and 46 mythic weapons for under a million.

If you come back at 41, look in CS for level 43 mythic armor and belt (yes, no more drooping pants now). While their stats might not be that great as you level up (and you're going to level up pretty fast so don't bother gear shopping frequently) these mythic pieces have three upgrade slots where you can put good jewels.

Level 46 Dragon Hunter belt makes decent gear until you cap and can afford level 56 mythic belt.

Rotting Spirit legendary armor set makes a good option at level 56. But for rogue and mage who has the free Underhul mythic set, the Rotting set may not offer good tradeoff since it has less armor.

If you already have the Planar Pendant then you're good; better save up for other items rather than buy a new amulet. But if you don't have it yet, you can try save up for the level 54 Cryoworm Heart arcane pendant or work on planar pendant if you don't feel like spending 2+ millions for amulet.
Arcane ring is still the One Ring to rule them all so if you've already owned one, good for you. Good news is it no longer costs tens of millions. You can buy an arcane ring for about 1-2 million, a week or three locked farming worth. If you don't feel like buying an arcane ring, try the mythic Arcane Deary Dimensional ring. It has a proc that opens a portal that swallows up mobs for a while and it can be a bother in runs but at least the stats are decent and you have three jewel slots.

Q: Deary ring huh? What is that?
A: It's a ring you may loot in Deary Island, level 2 mythic ring that adjusts its stats to the level of its wearer.

Q: Deary Island?
A: There is an arcane pet called Arcane Deary; it looks just like normal Deary but is beet red in color. It has a chance of opening a portal to Deary Island after a boss is killed. You get a chance of looting items like the Deary ring and lockeds in the island.

Q: O...kay. Speaking of lockeds, do they still drop from Jarl?
A: Nope.

Q: Sigh. So where do I farm then? I'm kinda sorta broke.
A: If you have Rengol lockeds, fire/blood/glacial gems and their reinforced version hoarded, you can sell them for a whopping profit.

KM3 is a good farming option if you want a map that is always full. You can gain XP there as well.

If you run the Underhul maps there is a chance to you can loot items for Antignome set like the mold, belt, helm, or gold heretic chests that may contain Antignome amulet. The coins that drop from mobs you can trade for sacks of coins at the NPC in Glintstone and you can sell these sacks (the same system works for dragkin teeth and Planar fragments).

When King Northal and Cryostar is available, you can farm special expensive items there using hunter elixirs.

Egg farming is still a good option since with pet animancy people need eggs to slot into their pets, and Breeze, Kelvin eggs are always welcome.

You can also farm normal Dead City maps for a chance to loot the super rare arcane weapon chest that yields level 16 arcane weapons.

Q: Pet aniwhat?
A: You can now change the happy bonus and arcane ability of your pet using egg. To activate this feature on a pet you need 50 story tokens. Once it's activated you can slot eggs to change your pet's happy bonus and arcane ability. For example you can slot a Kelvin egg to your Dovabear arcane ability, and when you hit pet button your Dova will stun 100%, like Kelvin. The egg can be taken out and replaced with another if you want.

Q: Anything else I should know about pets?
A: There are some new pets released during recent Goblin and Ursoth events and they're pretty good: Korruption, Slink, Hisha (mythic dragon that procs luck), Mishi (arcane version of luck giving dragon). Lockeds may contain new arcane pet Munch Mouth. There's now another crafted pet Stampy, aka potato. Scroll down your stable to check out their stats.

Arcane pets are becoming more affordable and if you plan to do some serious elite farming or PvP they're almost mandatory to have. But don't get discouraged. The animancy feature means you can modify your legendary and mythic pets to make them more helpful while you save up for a good arcane one.

Q: There's a button that tells me to buy a house on my login page. What is this?
A: You can now have your own house and decorate it. Houses range in size from Starter House to Tavern. Houses bigger than starter size can bought from vendor with plat, or you can buy the deed in CS with gold.

You can loot furniture for your house on maps, or buy them using dragkin teeth, Planar fragment, or Glintstone coin. You can increase the number of furniture your house can hold by buying House Slot.

Houses can also equip environments: forest, snow, volcano and city. Forest environment gives HP buff, snow mana, volcano damage and city luck.

Q: What weapons should I use while leveling? Which ones to get once I'm capped?
A: Depending on your budget look for the following:

Rogue. You can level up using any of the following weapons: Glintstone Bow (mythic level 46; Fervor is best, but Guile and Deftness are OK too), Glintstone Daggers (mythic level 46; super cheap), Dragon Hunter daggers (arcane, level 46; best for its level and price for if you want to run elite at cap level as well). Once at level 51 you can also use Runesteel or Runeblast mythic daggers, very affordable daggers if you're going to focus on normal map PvE. At cap level when you have the budget you can aim for the Immortal arcane daggers or bow, but decently jeweled level 46 arcane and mythic are OK too.

Sorcerer. There's a cheap level 46 legendary gun that's giving a lot more damage than the Boulder Barrel. Or get level 46 mythic gun/arcane staff. At 51 go for Hex staff (Hexblast, Hexstone, but you can also get Hexsteel ot Hexcharge at a pinch). This staff makes sorcerers great mob demolishers in elite and is still very usable at cap level. Once at 56, you can opt for Immortal staff/gun.

Warrior. Mythic Aegis level 46 and level 46 Dragon Hunter sword are good till cap level (just pack them with high tier jewels). Get Aegis if your goal is more elite PvE. At 56 you can aim for the arcane Immortal Aegis.

Q: Eeep, I get in game and find out I'm not in Trinity Knights anymore! Have I been kicked out? Y u do dis?
A: Yes, we have had to remove a lot of inactive members from time to time. Not to worry though. Level up to at least 48 and contact any of the following officers for possible reinvite:
- Ilhanna/Barrayaran/Squishballz
- Azapauele/Azapaueller/Azapuelary

- Gurukay
- Isianl/Lynnsmith
- Lugs/Silago/Lugwena
- Markrossrogue
- Trizalanna/Friecia

Trinity Knights!

Thousands of guilds have been created in Arcane Legends, but only very few survive and remain active for three years, while still retaining many who remember the guild in the beginning of its journey. Today, September 21, 2016, we celebrate Trinity Knights's third anniversary with justifiable pride.

There are times in the past thousand days when we had to face problems that would have brought us down and destroyed this guild, our home. But again and again, we chose to forgive, to understand, to adapt, to cope, to go on, to refuse to surrender. This is all made possible by the people who believe in the guild and what it stands for: it's our family in this game. And a family look out for one another, accept and understand each other, support and help one another.

Every family has its quirk and uniqueness. We have Mark and his bath issues, Gru and his search for mother and catnip, Guru's arcane typos, Triz's constant battle with inventory, Sis Alxe and Bro Aza, the hopeless addicts Findict and Xyad, and many many more little familiar things that make logging in Arcane Legends feels like coming home. It's a small home, maybe, in a quiet neighborhood not densely populated by moguls and celebrities.

But this I can say about this home of ours, Trinity Knights.

It's home to people who are rich, who might be struggling for their dream pet or gear, but never stoop to dishonorable acts; who might not have tens of millions in their stash but can find it in their heart to give, and give generously, to help another knight in need.

It's home to people with mad skills, not because they only run in the company of other experienced and geared people, but because they have the patience and forbearance to make it possible for new, even average-geared knights to run everywhere with them, even in the hardest maps.

It's home to people who are pro, not because they call everyone who are not yet at their level "noob" or "idiot" but because they answer questions, they give advice, they help respec and choose gear and pets, so more people can play better and have more fun.

And speaking of fun... Trinity Knights know and remember this is a game. You can choose to cheat, scam, or dummy farm your way to fame and fortunes in this game, but hey the glitter is all pixel and bytes. Not worth the drama. We're just here to have fun in what little time we have to play the game in our busy lives.

This philosophy is something I have a hard time understanding myself. But hanging out with teachers and philosophers like Guru and Lugs had really taught me a new perspective that helps me focus on what makes the game fun for me. And this I think, is another way in which the guild had grown up, gotten wiser. After all, it's been three years.

Happy anniversary, Knights. We have come a long way indeed. Here's to more adventure and laughter in the future, together.

But more importantly Thanksgiving is a great tradition because it's about being grateful, something we tend to forget.

So what are you thankful for, Knights?

I've been thinking about it and came up with this list of things I'm thankful for:



Some of the horrors of running elite at cap 36 when I started playing, came from either you or your party not having plat for revive, so you had to choose either to run all the way from start (Skull Cove was a nightmare) or stay dead leaving your party fighting a crippled battle without you. Now I have the choice of buying ankh in CS, or farming them from ER chest/Arena masterchest, plus Klaas/Shazbot occasionally gives me some.
I can now buy elixirs in CS or farm ER chests for them. They used to be platinum-purchased only.
Before respec scroll was introduced, you either had to buy plat, tried your luck with the free offers, or kept your lousy build till the next free respec week. You can now buy respec scroll with Hauntlet coin or farm them from ER chest and various event chests.
There are other ways to convert plat to gold now rather than simply gambling it on crates. Housing items, for example.
We haven't seen the bots advertising scam sites in cities for a while now.
We don't need to slave away in KT/WT to level up and reach cap now. There are options, from plat-based, dailies, to maps with benefit.
We don't have to pay upkeep on housing anymore.
We had egg event, house item event, Antignome set event this year.
People used to need hundreds of millions to get maxed out. We need only a scant percentage of it now to be able to fully enjoy the game.
We can enhance weapons now.
We can combine pets abilities and buffs


And most of all I'm grateful that our guild is still here, and we still play together, and care about each other. That's good enough a reason to overeat any day. :)

What if Brooding Ground is open at the time?
Well, of course we will be there farming for every minute of that golden hour, so we're simply going to reschedule the party. In any case, do all your energy runs before the party and we can have fun while your energy is crafting.

I want to participate! What do I have to do?
To take part in gift swap you need to bring a present that costs a maximum of 25,000 gold. Add your present to the gift pool, and you will receive a present from the pool, picked at random.

Hmm, 25k max, eh? So technically a copper chest qualifies, yeah?
C'mon, it's your guildies you're giving this stuff away to. Pick something you will be happy to get for yourself, something useful, thoughtful and valuable. (Also, if you're giving away coal lumps, don't expect to get gold nuggets, just saying).

Can I give away more than one gift?
For the gift swap you can only give away (and receive in return) one item. But if you're feeling generous and want to give away more you can list your extra presents as part of the Secret Santa giveaways.

Can I just give away money?
Nope.

Most of the time being a guild master involves a lot of work. But sometimes it has its own reward. And fun to boot. Take this Friday.

On Thursday, Azapauele came up with the idea for a gift swap and Secret Santa event to mark the upcoming Christmas and end of year festivities. After a hasty preparation I announced the date of the party both on game and Line guild chat. The initial reaction was a bit alarming. Someone asked on guild chat if they can bring water jewels (hey, the gift price ceiling was 25k!) and another said they didn't have anything to give away. Up until the afternoon of Friday, December 23, the day of the party, my list of prizes (profesionally set up by Isian and updated by Vig) was still pretty short, though thankfully noone listed water jewels LOL.

Then the hour of the party drew near. Knights began to PM me to give me presents (and some of these were mindbogglingly incredible, I'm still tryiñg to wrap my head around it). But this is nothing compared to the storm that hit me when the party started. From the first minute I set foot on guild deck I received a barrage of PM and if you could've seen my notifications you'd be just as overwhelmed as I was. Yes, there were people who gave one item for the gift swap--and they were cool items, locked crates and luck elixirs--but there were also guildies (yes, note the plural) who just spammed me with eggs (and we're not talking Deary: there were Gyrm, Titan, Comet, Tyrannica, etc), jewels (standard primary ones), Hearthwyrm Elixir Kits, energy kits, Elite Awakening Gems, and lots more. You can imagine the sudden chaos this caused the neat gift list. We actually had much more Secret Santa presents than there were knights attending the party! I had to just throw the plan I made for distributing the presents, and just improvised on the fly with hastiĺy made up quizzes. In the end I'm left with quite a few items which I plan to give away to knights who couldn't make it to the party.

There were some memorable highlights. A Santa wanted to give Comet to a knight who was still far from gold tier. When the knights learned the swapped gift I received was a Tankton egg, there was a silence, marked with people spamming me with (consolation? LOL) eggs...which included a Sky egg! But they weren't the only ones because the Tankton giver surprised me with...a massive locked crate! Sneaky, sneaky...but thank you! Through it all Lugs kept changing vanities like a supermodel at the New York Fashion Week.

There were lots of cakes and even some lurve elixirs popped giving TK cluttered deck romantic vibes (I heard your groan, boys!) and I think like most of us, I left the party towing multiple presents. But the most precious gift I took away was this feeling of being utterly floored and humbled by your generosity. Thank you seems such an inadequate phrase to describe what I felt, what I still feel, but last night have truly rendered me speechless.

So thank you.

For the gifts. For the party. For showing the true spirit of the season, the spirit which I'd like to think is in the blood of TK and hope to see live on.

alright so,i asked on guild chat ''what your best solo huantlet record?'' and dk answerd 1:16. while mine is 1:15 thout we gonna make a challenge first to see who runs it faster but we then decided to run together and get a run under 1 min..and we DID IT!
